Robee&Bobee SRL (hereinafter "the Company", "we") is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect data strictly necessary for our business activities:

Identification data: first name, last name
Contact data: phone number, email address
Apiary data: county/locality, type and quantity of honey offered
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited (collected automatically through cookies)
Advertising identifiers: cookie identifiers, gclid (the Google ad click identifier) and fbclid (the Meta equivalent), passed by advertising platforms when you reach our site through an ad. They let us know which campaign generated your enquiry.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

Contract performance: processing honey purchase requests, communicating price offers, organizing transport (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Legitimate interest: improving our services and website security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Consent: use of analytics and marketing cookies, measuring advertising performance and delivering personalised ads on Google and Meta platforms (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Legal obligation: compliance with Romanian tax and accounting legislation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Google Analytics 4 (website traffic analysis) and Google Ads (advertising performance measurement and personalised ad delivery)
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Meta Pixel (campaign measurement and ad delivery on Facebook and Instagram)
Transport providers — only data necessary for honey collection from the apiary
Public authorities — when required by law (ANAF, courts)

We do not sell your personal data.

The contact details you send us through the form or by phone — name, phone number, email address — are not passed to Google or Meta. Those providers receive only pseudonymous technical data about your browsing on this site (cookie identifiers, IP address, pages visited, actions taken), and only if you have consented to marketing cookies.

5. Data transfers outside the EU/EEA

Google and Meta may transfer data to servers located in the United States. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. appear on the list of companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (dataprivacyframework.gov), a mechanism recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
